Hangman Page Reflects On Beating PAC At AEW Full Gear

One of the most fascinating matches on the AEW Full Gear card this past weekend was Hangman Page vs PAC, which is a rivalry that has been ongoing in one form or another ever since the start of All Elite Wrestling’s existence.

They were seemingly all set to settle their differences at Full Gear, and in the end, it was Hangman Page who managed to come away with the win.

In the immediate aftermath of the show Page went backstage and spoke to the media about what was, in many ways, one of the biggest wins of his pro wrestling career to date.

“It’s weird, being in The Elite, right, and being me. And my teammates are the Best Bout Machine and the greatest tag team of all time, ‘Mr. AEW’ Cody and it’s hard, man. It’s big shoes to fill, as far as partners. And I felt like, this year, I have not done it, you know? And I beat PAC tonight and I’m happy about it, I really am, but we’re 1-1, so I haven’t really beat him in the way that I need to, I think. So I’d like to have a rubber match, to be honest with you, between the two of us and I’d like to probably have it as soon as possible.”

Now, one of the biggest questions is where does Hangman go from here? Judging by his remarks, it seems as if the answer is to a rubber match with PAC.
