WWE on Fox’s YouTube channel
A few days ago, as part of a reminder that SmackDown will air on FS1 instead of Fox , we were told Fox Sports’ WWE Backstage studio show would be returning tonight (Oct. 23).
There wasn’t much detail, and rumors started shortly after the announcement was made that it was a last minute decision. We even heard that the original plan was for a one hour edition of Talking Smack to air in between SmackDown showings on the cable network.
Guess what? That’s the plan again!

That also clears up who will be hosting, so… sorry to anyone hoping for a return from Renee Young/Paquette, CM Punk, Paige, or even my boy Christian. We’ll get Renee’s regular co-host Booker T, along with regular Talking Smack host Kayla Braxton and the always entertaining Montez Ford.
Not a bad deal. But not RY, Punk, the Anti-Diva or Capt. Charisma.
It’s unlikely WWE will film two episodes of Talking Smack this week, so the one that airs on FS1 tonight is probably going to be the same one uploaded to WWE Network tomorrow morning.
Anyone have any thoughts on this latest edition of “plans change”?
