Leon Ruff ain’t no joke

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what’s going on in pro wrestling – The Smark’s Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the four performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week’s voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week’s nationally televised and internet streaming pro wrestling shows – the Nov. 16 episode of Monday Night Raw, Tuesday’s Impact & AEW Dark, NXT & Dynamite from Weds., Nov. 18, NJPW Strong, SmackDown & 205 Live on Friday, NXT UK, UWN Primetime Live, ROH TV, New Japan’s World Tag League shows, and any other televised or internet streaming wrestling released from Nov. 15 – 21, 2020.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Evolve fans already knew…

… now the new North American champ will make his case on Wednesday nights.

  • Just behind the winner of the biggest upset in NXT history is a man who shifted the balance of power in wrestling on Nov. 11 (if you don’t believe me, just ask Tony Khan). One of the Bastard’s teammates earned your votes by beating his brother that night, too.
  • The King of Claymore Country showed up on SmackDown to challenge the Tribal Chief on Nov. 13… a day we might look back on as actually shifting wrestling’s power balance if fka Zelina Vega has anything to say about it.
  • Friday the 13th also say the other half of Riott Squad qualify for SmackDown’s Survivor Series team, and a successfully sneaky Intercontinental title defense.
  • There wasn’t too much going on the Monday before that, though. Just some guy trying to destroy WWE from within.
