Who is the mystery woman Angel Garza is giving this rose to?

This wasn’t shown on Monday Night Raw this week but Angel Garza has been searching for a woman he believes to be truly special, or something. This week, he gave a woman a rose with the following speech:

“Tu eres mi sueno. It means ‘you are my dream,’ but it’s not a dream because you are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. You are the one I have desired all along, the woman I have been searching for, fighting for. This rose is gone for all women of the world but tonight this rose goes to you.”

The question, of course, is who exactly is the woman getting the rose? Perhaps it’s Eva Marie, who has been rumored to return for a while now but has yet to appear on television. Maybe it’s Charlotte Flair, who has been out of action for some time but should be returning soon (although there are rumors she could be paired with her real life boyfriend, Andrade).
