RAW Discussion Post: 03.09.20
One night removed from the Eliminationj Chamber and the RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has her WrestleMania opponent. Surprise! Surprise! That woman is none other than Shayna Baszler.
Baszler defeated five other women by causing them to tap out to the Kirifuda Clutch, most in the matter of seconds. So where do we go from here for the rest of the division heading into WrestleMania?
Will the former members of the Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan) continue to do battle? After all Morgan never interreacted with Riott or Logan during the Elimination Chamber bout.
Is there still bad blood between Asuka and Natalya – even though they never came toe to toe in the Elimination Chamber? It has been rumored that Natalya and Beth Phoenix will receive a Women’s Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania (to possibly also include Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross).
Speaking of Phoenix, her husband Edge will be at RAW tonight to discuss her condition after she was RKO’d by Randy Orton last week. Phoenix missed her commentary duties on NXT on Wednesday due to the attack.
