Sasha Banks first appearance on Disney+’s hit Star Wars series The Mandalorian actually dropped last Friday (Nov. 13). Lots of fans were wondering if WWE would acknowledge it on SmackDown, and were surprised when the Women’s champion appeared without a mention of her small-but-prominent role in one of the biggest franchises of all-time.

Perhaps Disney didn’t want it discussed in-depth until their subscribers had a few days to watch the new episode. We’ll see if Banks’ turn as Koska Reeves gets name dropped this Friday.
For now, WWE is hyping it on all their online outlets.
