Killer Kelly makes her in-ring IMPACT debut

Killer Kelly made her IMPACT debut this week in singles action against Kimber Lee. Kelly was expected to appear shortly in the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament along with her Renee Michelle. Michelle was by her partner’s side this week. This would also be her debut with the company.

Unfortunately for Kelly, she will not be getting the momentum that she had hoped for heading into her tag team tournament match next week. Lee picks up the win after a tilt-a-whirl followed by a swanton bomb which led to the three count.

Kelly and Michelle will meet the team of Jordynne Grace and Jazz next week. Jazz is the surprise choice as Grace’s partner.

Kelly is most recently known for her time on the NXT UK brand where she wasn’t used to her full potential. She quietly would be released at the beginning of this year. Recently, Kelly has performed for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport.

Michelle was most recently seen on WWE programming alongside her real-life husband Drake Maverick. They were involved in the 24/7 Championship storyline with R-Truth and Carmella in 2019. She has performed with many indie promotions most notably MCW Pro Wrestling. There she is a former four-time Women’s Champion and was the inaugural champ for the promotion.

They join Team Sea Stars who also made their in-ring debut against Tasha Steelz & Kiera Hogan in a round one match for the Knockouts Tag Team Tournament. Steelz and Hogan pulled off the win to advance.

At the time of this writing, there is no confirmation on any of the debuts on this week’s IMPACT signing official contracts.
