Rumors for the Day:
- On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer indicated that one goal AEW has with Sting is to elevate Darby Allin into a bigger star.
- PW Insider says that Cameron Grimes underwent surgery last week for his injury. Meltzer confirmed the 4 to 6 week timetable for his return is accurate.
- According to Fightful, Dakota Kai is not injured. She is absent from NXT right now because WWE is trying to straighten out a visa issue.
- Jonny Fairplay clarified that his comments about Robert Stone and Melina’s return to WWE were misunderstood. Stone never told him that he planned to manage Melina in NXT, it’s something that Fairplay heard elsewhere.
