SmackDown Discussion Post: 10.02.20

It’s now SmackDown’s turn to receive the fall out from Clash of Champions that took place last Sunday. On the blue brand, Bayley had to defend her SmackDown Women’s Title against Asuka as her original opponent Nikki Cross was unable to compete. Bayley would get herself disqualified which means her longest title reign continues. She would then be attacked by Sasha Banks after the match.

With Hell in a Cell as the next pay-per-view event coming up later this month, Banks could finally get her wins in both a Hell in a Cell match and the SmackDown Women’s Title if the cards are dealt right. What may develop out of this on tonight’s show?

The advertised segment of the night will be Kevin Owens returning to SmackDown to host his KO Show. He will have Alexa Bliss as his guest. Bliss has been show more and more moments influenced by The Fiend lately. She delivered another Sister Abigail to Lacey Evans last week and caused the disqualification from their match. What will Bliss have to say tonight?
