She’s currently holds the SmackDown Women’s title, and is a WWE Grand Slam champion. She just made her acting debut in the Star Wars Universe with a guest spot on The Mandalorian.
What’s next for Sasha Banks?
Footwear icon and philanthropist, naturally.
Along with husband and creative partner Sarath Ton, The Boss came up with a sneaker design for Foot Locker’s Collaboraid program. The limited edition shoes dropped this morning…

Collaboraid’s website describes the initiative thusly:
“In response to the uncertainties spread across the globe, we’ve partnered with a community of creatives to assist those in need through exclusive collections of apparel and footwear.”
Banks & Ton’s contribution joins those of 15 other artists and athletes who Foot Locker calls ”today’s creative community and culture-drivers” – names like Jen Bartel, A$AP Ferg, Sofia Chang, and PJ Tucker. Proceeds from Collaboraid gear “will further Foot Locker Inc’s efforts to aid global youth communities most affected by the pandemic.”
An Instagram post from Ton specifically indicates their efforts involve working with Foot Locker and Soles 4 Souls to donate “19,000 pairs of sneakers, equalling $250,000, to less fortunate children all over the world.”

Whatever you do with this news, tip your cap to Banks & Ton for using their powers for to do some good.
