Styles earns title match against McIntyre at TLC
AJ Styles, Matt Riddle, and Keith Lee won singles matches on last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw to set up a “sudden death” triple threat match on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. The prize? A shot at Drew McIntyre and the WWE championship at the upcoming TLC pay-per-view (PPV) on Dec. 20, 2020, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.
This came about after Team Raw pulled off a clean sweep of Team SmackDown at Survivor Series.
It was your fairly standard triple threat match with some fun spots, like this one:

All three were presented fairly equal, with the finish coming when Styles hit a Phenomenal Forearm on Riddle after he sent Lee to the outside. So Lee was protected from taking a pin while losing the match and Styles moves on to a date with McIntyre for the final WWE PPV show of the year.
It’s a fresh match-up!
As of now, McIntyre vs. Styles is the only match official for the card.
