Otis will be in the Royal Rumble, and he’s already training hard for it

Instead of mentioning anything about it on their nationally televised show, Friday Night SmackDown on the FOX network, WWE waited until after it went off the air to tweet out the news that Otis will be entering this year’s men’s Royal Rumble match on Jan. 31, 2021.

Look at that picture. His face just brings me joy.

Meanwhile, the big fella is already undergoing training for the big match under the tutelage of head Alpha Academy trainer Chad Gable:

WWE may have taken the Money in the Bank briefcase off him because he’s a comedy character who probably doesn’t belong in the main event world title scene but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a ton of mileage to get out of this character. If you can watch that video and feel anything other than happiness and joy, you and I are simply not the same.
