Natalya to enter the Royal Rumble at spot No. 30
Natalya will be entering the 2021 Royal Rumble in the most beneficial spot at number 30. To determine who would enter at this spot, Natalya faced Tamina in a one-on-one match which aired on Saturday’s special return episode of WWE Backstage. These two veterans have been teaming up as of late but it is always every woman for herself when it comes to the Rumble match.
Natalya is currently in the history books when it comes to the women’s Rumble match. She holds the longest record time at 56:01. This statistic comes from 2019 where she entered in at number 2. She started that match off with Lacey Evans and would go on to eliminate two women before ultimately being eliminated by Nia Jax. This time squeaks out Sasha Banks‘ time from the first women’s Royal Rumble match in 2018 where she entered in at number one and lasted 54:46.
Out of the 30 spots for the 2021 Rumble, 13-women have declared their spots heading into the event. These women include Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair, Dana Brooke, Mandy Rose, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Shayna Baszler, Alexa Bliss, Peyton Royce, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, Tamina, and Natalya.
The Royal Rumble takes place this Sunday Jan. 31 at 7 P.M. EST (U.S.).
With already knowing who will enter at the number 30 spot, who do you think will start the match? Leave your thoughts below.
