AEW Fallout: Brandi Rhodes medical update, Arn at a crossroads, more!

A few of the big stories coming out of Dynamite (Nov. 18, 2020) were Jade Cargill injuring Brandi Rhodes, Will Hobbs joining Team Taz by bashing Cody Rhodes, and the Inner Circle slaying Las Vegas. The fallout includes the heath status of Brandi, Arn Anderson at a cross roads with his top client, as well as other goodies.

Dr. Sampson provided a medical update for Brandi Rhodes after Jade Cargill stomped her arm in a chair. Brandi suffered a forearm fracture with a 4 to 6 week recovery.

Brandi already has a bionic shoulder to make her spear extra tough.

I’m hoping she gets a bionic forearm added to her offensive arsenal. In the meantime, Brandi won’t be deterred on payback. She stated, “Imma hit that b*tch with a bottle…with my good arm.”

Whoever runs AEW’s Twitter account better watch out. Brandi is tired of seeing the clip of Cargill smashing her arm.

It sounds like Brandi may start borrowing Ortiz’s sock gimmick, so she can use it like Homey D. Clown. Mama don’t play that. Whap!

That’s the news about mama. Speaking about papa…

Arn Anderson was upset about Will Hobbs joining Team Taz to beat down Cody Rhodes. Coach was not in a good mood, despite using amusing vocabulary and rhymes.

It appears that Arn is losing patience with Cody. I wouldn’t say Arn issued an ultimatum, since he’ll still be in Cody’s corner regardless. However, it doesn’t seem like Arn is content with wasting any more time in making Cody the best he can be. That doesn’t even consider Arn’s threats for Team Taz. It sounds like Arn wants to break out the blowtorch and pliers and get to work.

Darby Allin has no fear of Team Taz and their desire for the TNT Championship.

Hikaru Shida also has no fear of her next title challenger. The champ senses no passion from Anna Jay.

Jack Evans and Angelico didn’t feel bad about jumping Top Flight. TH2 was upset about the Young Bucks ducking them.

Top Flight felt surreal about facing the Young Bucks in the ring. Even though Top Flight lost, they will be back.

The lineup for Dark has been released. I’m picking Matt Sydal vs 5 to steal the show. Fuego del Sol versus Peter Avalon has me curious who will finally get a win. There are a variety of women’s bouts for the second week in a row. Of note, Ivelisse & Diamante will wrestle against Lady Frost & “Bionic Beast” Jenna. I’m assuming Jennacide received a name change. There will also be the return of, “The Waiting Room,” hosted by Dr. Britt Baker DMD. The special guest is Tay Conti.

We’ll close with a photo montage from the Inner Circle’s trip to Las Vegas.

How do you rate Brandi’s chances in a one-armed ass-kicking contest against Cargill? What do you think Coach Arn has in mind to make Cody the best? Which matches on Dark are you most looking forward to?
