Lars Sullivan returns to WWE
The first night of the WWE Draft is taking place on tonight’s (Oct. 9) episode of SmackDown. For some reason, WWE booked a seemingly out of nowhere tag team match on the card pitting Matt Riddle & Jeff Hardy against The Miz & John Morrison.
The match didn’t last long before the babyfaces went over. But then it became clear why this match was booked – so that Lars Sullivan could return to WWE and physically dominate all four men:

Afterwards, Stephanie McMahon announced that Sullivan will be added to the draft pool for night two of the draft, which takes place on next week’s (Oct. 12) Raw.
Sullivan has been gone from WWE for over a year due to a knee injury, but now he’s back, and Vince McMahon is probably going to give him the typical monster heel push.
