Natalya will be the 30th entrant in the women’s Royal Rumble match

WWE Backstage returned to television this evening on FS1 for a Royal Rumble preview episode for the big pay-per-view (PPV) taking place tomorrow night (Sun., Jan. 31, 2021) at the ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. As part of that preview, a match pitting Natalya vs. Tamina was booked.

The winner would earn the right to enter the women’s Royal Rumble match from the coveted number 30 position.

After a relatively short, back-and-forth affair, Natalya rolled Tamina up to score the three count to earn the victory. Prior to this evening, she had yet to officially declare for the match. Now, she’ll enter at number 30.

Still no word on who will enter at number one and two, as previously promised. That may end up remaining a surprise until the match gets underway.
